Description:
The TMP47C210AN is designed as high speed and high performance 4-bit single chip microcomputer, integrating the high breakdown voltage output with VFT direct drive capability, based on the TLCS-47 series.
It has many features. The first one is 4-bit single chip microcomputer. The second one is instruction execution time is 1.9us at 4.2MHz. The third one is 90 basic instructions. The fourth one is 6 interrupt sources (external 2 and internal 4). The fifth one is input / output ports (36 pins). The sixth is two 12-bit timer / counters. The seventh one is serial interface with 4-bit buffer. The eighth one is high breakdown voltage outputs. The ninth one is hold function. The tenth one is real time emulator: BM4721A. And so on. That are the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 7V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vdd+0.5V. The third one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vdd+0.5V and it would be from -0.5V to 10V for sink open drain pin. The fourth one is about its output current (per 1 pin) which would be 3.5mA for R7, R8, R9 and would be -2mA for P1, P2 and would be -25mA for P4, P5, P6. The fifth one is about its output total which would be -100mA. The sixth one is about its power dissipation which would be 600mW. The seventh one is about its soldering temperature which would be 260°C (10s). The eighth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55°C to 125°C. The ninth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -30°C to 70°C. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceeded during operation, even for an instant. | |
