Description:
This is the description about TFS 770 of the VI development specification. The maximum attenuation in the pass band is defined as the insertion loss ae. The nominal frequency fN is fixed at 770 MHz without any tolerance or limit. The values of absolute attenuation arel are guaranteed for the whole operating temperature range. The frequency shift of the filter in the operating temperature range is included in the production tolerance scheme.
Here are the features: Ambient temperature is 23°C. Input power level is 0dBm. Terminating impedances for input is 50Ω; for output is 50Ω.
The absolute Maximum Ratings are these (TA = 25°C). Insertion loss (Reference level) is max. 2,5 dB. Nominal frequency is 770 MHz. Pass band is fN ± 6 MHz. Pass band ripple is max. 0,7 dB.
Operating temperature range is from -30 ° to +85° C. Storage temperature range is from -40 ° to +85° C. Temperature coefficient of frequency is - -76,466 ppm/K2. Input power level is max. 15 dBm. Temperature coefficient of frequency is T.B.D ppm/K. VSWR PB is max. 2:1.
These are the stability characteristics. After the following tests the filter shall meet the whole specification: (1). Shock: 500g, 18 ms, half sine wave, 3 shocks each plane; DIN IEC 68 T2 – 27. (2). Vibration: 10 Hz to 500 Hz, 0,35 mm or 5g respectively, 1 octave per min, 10 cycles per plan, 3 plans; DIN IEC 68 T2 – 6. (3). Change of -55 °C to 125°C / 30 min. each / 10 cycles temperature: DIN IEC 68 part 2 – 14 Test N. (4). Resistance to solder heat (reflow): reflow possible: twice max.; for temperature conditions, please refer to the attached "Air reflow temperature conditions"
