Description:
The TC9250F is 16 bit resister strings DA converter for digital audio. Data input accepts 1fs to 8fs.It is possible to construct the DA converter unit at a low price.
Features of the TC9250F are:(1)data input accepts 1 fs to 8 fs ; (2)built-in twin DA converter; (3)simutaneous outputs to L-ch and R-ch; (4)built-in output buffer.
The absolute maximum ratings of the TC9250F can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(VDD) is -0.3 V to 6.0 V; (2): input voltage(Vin) is -0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V; (3): power dissipation(PD) is 200 mW; (4): operating temperature(Topr) is -20℃ to 85℃; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is -40℃ to 125℃. | |
