devices in a single monolithic structure. The feature of 14013B are as follows:
(1)static operation; (2)diode protection on all inputs; (3)supply voltage range:
3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc; (4)capable of driving two low–power TTL loads or one low–
power Schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range.
The absolute maximum ratings of the R3355 are: (1)DC supply voltage, VGG: -0.5V
to 18V; (2)input or output voltage: -0.5V to VDD+0.5V; (3)output current: 10mA;
(4)ambient temperature range: -55℃ to 125℃; (5)storage temperature range: -65℃
to 150℃; (6)lead temperature: 260℃.
The following is about the electrical characteristics of R3355: (1)power supply
generator: 7.9V; (2)supply current from VCC: 9mA typical and 13mA max at TA = 25
℃; (3)supply current when OFF: 1μA typical and 10μA max; (4)supply rise time:
0.2 ms at C1 is 0.1μF; (5)thresholds: 0.8V min and 1.2V at input low lavel. | |
