Description:

The PM-139 has four indenpendent voltage comparators, each with precision DC specifications. Low offset voltage, bias current, power consumption and output saturation voltage are offered in a design that features single power supply operation. The input voltage range includes ground for convenient single supply operation. The 2mA power supply current, independent of supply voltage-coupled with the single supply operation, makes this comparator ideal for low power applications. Open collector outputs allow maximum applications flexibility. it has many unique features: The first one is single or dual supply operation. The second one is input voltage range includes ground. The third one is low power consumption(2mW/comparator). The forth one is low input bias current which is 25 nA. The fifth one is low input offset current which is ±5 nA. The sixth one is low offset voltage which is ±2 mV. The seventh one is low output saturation voltage(250 mV @ 4 mA). The eighth one is logic outputs compatible with TTL,DTL,ECL, MOS and CMOS. The ninth one is directly repalces LM139 comparators. The last one is it is available in die form.

There are some absolute maximumratings about it. Supply voltage is 36 V or ±18 V. Differential input voltage is 36 V. Input voltage is -0.3 V to +36V. Derate above 100℃ is 10 mW/℃. Output short-circuit to ground is continuous. Input current is 50 mA when Vin is less than -0.3V. Storage temperature range is -65℃ to +125℃. Lead temperature(solldering , 60 sec) is 300℃. Junction temperature is +125℃.Besides, there are also some electrical characteristics about it.Input offset voltage(Vos) is 2 mV typ and 5 mV max. Input bias current (IB) is 25 nA typ and 100 nA max. Voltage gain (Avo) is 50 V/mV min and 200 V/mV typ when Rl is larger than or equal to 15 kohms wwhile V+ is 15 V and it supports large Vo swing. Large-single response time(tr) is 300 ns typ when Vin is TTL logic swing while Vref is 1.4 V, Vrl is 5 V and Rl is 5.1 kohms.
