Description:
MD5020 is a kind of diode.
There are some features as follows. First is diffused junction. The second is low leakage. Then is low cost. Next is high surge current capability. The last one is typical IR less than 200 nA.
What comes next is about the maximum ratings and electrical characteristics (TA=25℃ unless otheewise specified). The VRRM (peak repetitive reverse voltage) is 16 V. The VRWM (working peak reverse voltage) is 16 V. The VR (DC blocking voltage) is 16 V. The IO (average rectified output current) is 50 A at TC=150℃. The minimum VBR (breakdown voltage) is 20 V and the maximum is 26 V at IR=100 mA. The IFSM (non-repetitive peak forward surge current 8.3 ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load (JEDEC Method)) is 500 A. The VFM (forward voltage) is 1.0 V at IF=50 A. The IRM (peak reverse current at rated DC blocking voltage) is 200 nA at TA=25℃. The Cj (typical junction temperature) is 400 pF. The RθJC (typical thermal resistance) is 1.0℃/W. The TJ,TSTG (operating and storage temperature range) is from -65 to +175℃. | |
