Description:
MD-435 is a kind of double balanced mixer.
What comes next is about the guaranteed specifications (from -55 to +85℃). The frequency range is from 0.5 to 600 MHz for RF, LO ports and is from DC to 600 MHz for IF port. The maximum conversion loss is 7.5 dB at 0.5 to 300 MHz and 8.5 dB at 300 to 600 MHz. The minimum LO to RF isolation is 50 dB at 0.5 to 5 MHz, 30 dB at 5 to 300 MHz and 25 dB at 300 to 600 MHz. The minimum LO to IF isolation is 45 dB at 0.5 to 5 MHz, 30 dB at 5 to 300 MHz and 20 dB at 300 to 600 MHz. The minimum RF to IF isolation is 40 dB at 0.5 to 5 MHz, 25 dB at 5 to 300 MHz and 10 dB at 300 to 600 MHz.
The following is about the operating characteristics. The norminal impedance is 50 Ohms. The maximum total input power is 50 mW. The maximum input IF port current is 40 mA. The typical DC offset is ≦3.0 mV. The typical RF input for 1 dB compression is +2.0 dBm. The typical RF input for 1 dB desensitization is -4.0 dBm. The SSB noise figure is within 1.0 dB of conversion. The typical two-tone IM ratio with -10 dBm input, each tone and 50 & 60 MHz IF is 46 dB at 160 MHz and 42 dB at 500 MHz. | |
