Description:
IR3P66 is a CDS/AMP IC for a CCD area sensor. This IC receives the CCD area sensor output, clamps the feed-through level of the sensor output, samples and holds the signal level and then outputs it. A built-in amplifier varies the gain within the range from 0 to 6dB. The function of the IR3P66 are the same as that of IR3P68 except for an internal amplifier. It has five unique features: The first one is it reduces the low range noise included in the CCD area sensor output. The second one is it incorporates a clamp capacitor. The third one is it incorporates variable gain amplifier(0 to 6dB). The forth one is 5 V single power supply. The fifth one is 16-pin small outline package.
There are some absolute maximum ratings about it. Supply voltage is 7 V. Input voltage is 0 V to AVcc V (pins 1,2,6 and 14). Output current is 5 mA (pin 16). Power dissipation(PD) is 300 mW(operating temperature range). Operating temperature(Topr) is -10℃ to 60℃.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -55℃ to 150℃.Otherwise,there are also some electrical charactersitics about it.Operating supply voltage is 4.75 V min, 5.00 V typ and 5.25 V max(pin 3,4,7 and 13, Ta is -10℃ to 60℃). Supply current(Icc1) is 3.3 mA min,5.0 mA typ and 7.5 mA max(pin 3 of the circuit 1).Open terminal voltage: Input open terminal voltage is 2.4 V min, 2.5 V typ and 2.6 V max(pin 6 of the circuit 2). Output voltage is 1.9 V min,2.15 V typ and 2.4 V max(pin 16 of the circuit 2). | |
