Description:
HCL14 series is a kind of HCMOS delay line. There are some features as follows. First is HCMOS logic interfaced. The second is delays from 50 to 500 ns. Then is 5 equally-spaced taps. Next is available in auto-insertable (HCL14) and standard (HCT14) standard packages. Besides, it drives up to 10 LS TTL loads. The last one is compatible with standard LS TTL family.
What comes next is about the recommended operating conditions. The minimum VCC (supply voltage) is 4 V, the typical is 5 V and the maximum is 6 V. The minimum VIH (high level input voltage) is 1.5 V at VCC=4 V, 3.15 V at VCC=5 V and 4.2 V at VCC=6 V. The minimum VIL (low level input voltage) is 0 V and the maximum is 0.3 V at VCC=4 V, the maximum is 0.9 V at VCC= 5 V and 1.2 V at VCC=6 V. The minimum VI (input voltage) is 0 V and the maximum is VCC V. The minimum VO (output voltage) is 0 V and the maximum is VCC V. The maximum IIK (input diode current) is ±20 mA at VI<0 or VI>VCC. The maximum IOK (output diode current) is ±20 mA at VO<0 or VO>VCC. The maximum IO (continuous output current) is ±25 mA at VO=0 to VCC. The minimum TA (operating free-air temperature) is -40℃, the typical is +25℃ and the maximum is +85℃. | |
