This device provides users 16-channel constant current ports to match LEDs with equal current and is designed to operate with VDS ranging from 0.4V to 1.0V considering the package power dissipating limits.
Features of the MBI1802 are:(1)4 constant-current output channels; (2)constant output current invariant to load voltage change; (3)constant output current range: 5-90 mA; (4)thermal protection and report; (5)output current adjusted through an external resistor; (6)schmitt trigger input; (7)5V supply voltage; (8)package type: SOP8 with thermal pad;(9)fast response of output current,OE (min.): 10μs;(10)maximum output constant current:360 mA.
The absolute maximum ratings of the MBI1802 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:0 to 7.0 V;(2)input voltage:-0.4 to VDD+0.4 V;(3)output current:360 mA;(4)output voltage:-0.5 to +17.0 V;(5)GND terminal current:1440 mA;(6)power dissipation (on PCB, Ta=25°C):0.8 W;(7)thermal resistance (under good thermal system):33.39°C/W;(8)thermal resistance (on PCB, Ta=25°C):125°C/W;(9)operating temperature:-40 to +85°C;(10)storage temperature:-55 to +150 °C. | |
