All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
It has many unique features: The first one is low drive power. The second one is low VCE(sat). The third one is discrete super-fast recovery. The forth one is free wheel diode. The fifth one is The sixth one is high frequency operation. The sixth one is isolated baseplate for easy. The seventh one is heat sinking.Besides,it also has some applications: The first one is AC motor control. The second one is motion/servo control. The third one is UPS.The forth one is welding power supplies. The fifth one is laser power supplies.
There are some absolute maximum ratings about it(Tj = 25°C unless otherwise specified).Junction temperature(Tj) is -40°C to 150°C.Storage Temperature(Tstg) is –40°C to 125°C.Collector-Emitter Voltage (G-E SHORT)(VCES) is 600 Volts.Gate-Emitter Voltage(VGES) is ±20 Volts.Collector Current(IC) is 150 Amperes.Peak Collector Current(ICM) is 300 Amperes.Diode Forward Current(IF) is 150 Amperes.Diode Forward Surge Current(IFM) is 300 Amperes.Power Dissipation (Pd) is 1100 Watts.Max. Mounting Torque M5 Terminal Screws is 17 in-lb.Max. Mounting Torque M6 Mounting Screws is 26 in-lb.Module Weight (Typical) is 270 Grams.V Isolation (VRMS) is 2500 Volts. | |
