There are some features as follows: (1)highside switch; (2)overtemperatur protection; (3)short circuit / overload protection through pulse width reduction and overload shutdown; (4)load dump protection; (5)undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown with auto-restart and hysteresis; (6)reverse battery protection ; (7)timing frequency adjustable; (8)controlled switching rise and fall times; (9)maximum current internally limited; (10)protection against loss of GND; (11)electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection; (12)package: P-DSO-20-6 (SMD).
What comes next is about the maximum ratings: (1)active overvoltage prodection, Vbb (AZ): >40 V; (2)short circuit current, ISC: self-limited; (3)input current (DC), ICt: 2 mA; (4)pin1 (Ct) and pin19 (VC), IVC: 2 mA; (5)operating temperature range, Tj: -40 to +150℃; (6)storage temperature range, Tstg: -50 to +150℃; (7)power dissipation, Ptot: 3 W at Ta=25℃ and 2 W at Ta=85℃ ; (8)thermal resistance chip-case, Rth JC: ≦35 K/W; (9)thermal resistance chip-ambient, Rth JA: ≦75 K/W. | |
