The BA4210 is a monoithic intergrated circuit consisting of two FM IF amplifiers,an AM mixer and an IF amplifier for use in low-voltage FM/AM radios and cassette recorders with built-in radios.Edited by http://www.seekic.com/icdata/BA4210.html the leading IC purchasers' best choice of platform for one-stop valued service!
There are some features as follows.First,it operates stably over a wide range of supply voltages and has excellent characteristics at low voltages (VCC=2.5 V to 6.0 V).The second is high-gain FM section IF amplifier circuit. At last, the AM section includes a mixer, local oscillator,IF amplifier and AGC circuit and has excellent AGC and distortion characteristics. The typical applications include AM/FM radios and radio cassette recorders.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25℃).The VCC (supply voltage) is 9 V.The Pd (power dissipation) is 550 mW.The Topr (operating temperature range) is from -25 to 75℃.The Tstg (storage temperature range) is from -40 to +125℃.Then is about the recommended operating conditions (Ta=25℃).The minimum VCC (supply voltage) is 2.5 V,the typical is 4.0 V and the maximum is 6.0 V. | |
