Description:

AS8069 is a 2-terminal band-gap precision voltage reference that provides a stable fixed output voltage of 1.23 V.The AS8069 is an excellent choice for applications which are looking for low input current between 50μA to 5 mA,low drift over temperature, low noise, low power and low cost.It is available in many versions which are specified for 0 to +70℃ operation. They are offered in packages of TO-92 and TO-52 in -55 to 125℃ in metal can package (TO-52).

There are some features as follows.First is low drift which is 10 ppm/℃.The second is low dynamic impedance which is 0.6Ω Typ.Then is operating current which is from 50μA to 5 mA.Next is low power which is 60μW at Iin=50μA.The fifth is two-terminal "Zener" operation. The sixth is low output tolerance which is ±1.25%.The seventh is low noise which is 5μVp-p Typ. The eighth is direct replacements for ICL8069.The last one is low cost. The typical applications include A to D and D to A converters, constant current source, digital volmeter, power supply monitor and precision regulators.

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. The forward current is 10 mA.The reverse current is 10 mA.The maximum power dissipation is 750 mW TO-52 Pkg. and 600 mW TO-92 Pkg.The operating temperature is MIL.TO-52 Pkg. and COM.TO-92 Pkg.The storage temperature is from -65 to +200℃ TO-52 Pkg. and from -65 to +150℃ TO-92 Pkg.The lead temperature is +260℃.
