Description:
The AMI6S is a kind of 0.6 miron CMOS standard cell.It can offer a low cost alternative to gate array for high volume applications.There are some features as follows.First is excellent performance.The second is operating temperature range from -55 to 125℃.Then is clock tree synthesis.Next is user-designed pad cells.The fifth is 1 to 24 mA drive per single I/O cell.The sixth is wide range of packaging.The seventh is automatic test program generation.The eighth is JTAG boundery scan macro support.The ninth is full operating voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V.The tenth is ESD protection＞2 kV;latchup＞100 mA.The last one is power dissipation which is 2.5μW/MHz/gate.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings.The minimum VDD (supply voltage) is -0.3 V and the maximum is 6.0 V.The minimum input pin voltage is -0.3 V and the maximum is VDD+0.3 V.The minimum input pin current is -10.0 mA and the maximum is 10.0 mA.The storage temperature is from -55 to 125℃ for plastic package and from -65 to 150℃ for ceramic package.The lead temperature is 300℃ for 10 sec.Then is about the operating specifications.The minimum VDD (supply voltage) is 2.7 V and the maximum is 5.5 V.The military ambient temperature is from -55 to 125℃ and the commercial is from 0 to 70℃.
The following is about the CMOS input specifications (4.5 V＜VDD＜5.5 V;0℃＜T＜70℃).The maximum Vil (low level input voltage) is 0.3*VDD V.The minimum Vih (high level input voltage) is 0.7*VDD V.The maximum Iil (low level input current) is -1.0 μA.The maximum Iih (high level input current) is 1.0 μA.The minimum Iil (input pull-up current) is -30 μA and the maximum is -110 μA.The minimum Iih (input pull-down current) is 30 μA and the maximum is 140 μA. | |
