The absolute maximum ratings of the A358F are: (1)supply voltage, VGG: 18V to 36V; (2)input voltage: -0.3V to 36V; (3)output current: 10mA; (4)ambient temperature range: -55℃ to 125℃; (5)storage temperature range: -55℃ to 125℃; (6)operating temperature: -40℃ to 85℃.
The following is about the electrical characteristics of A358F at TA = 25℃: (1)input offset voltage: 2mV typ and 7mV max; (2)input offset current: 5nA typ and 30nA max; (3)supply current: 0.7mA typ and 1.2mA max; (4)voltage gain: 86dB typ and 100dB max; (5)source current: 20mA min and 40mA max. | |
