Description:
The 82930A is a kind of universal serial bus microcontroller.
There are some features as follows: (1)complete universal serial bus specification compatiblity: support isochronous and non-isochronous data, bi-directional half-duplex link; (2)serial bus interface engine (SIE): packer decoding/generation, CRC generation and checking, NRZI encoding/decoding and bit-stuffing; (3)four transmit FIFOs: three 16 byte FIFOs and one 256 byte FIFO; (4)four receive FIFOs: three 16 byte FIFOs and one 256 byte FIFO; (5)automatic transmit/receive FIFO management; (6)four endpoint interrupt vectors; (7)phase lock loop: 12 Mbps or 1.5 Mbps data rate; (8)256 Kbyte external code/data memory space; (9)power-saving idle and powerdown modes; (10)1 Kbyte on-chip data RAM; (11)hardware watchdog timer; (12)three flexible 16-bit timer/counters; (13)12 MHz operation.
The following is about the absolute maximum ratings: (1)ambient temperature under bias: 0 to +70℃; (2)storage temperature: -65 to +150℃; (3)voltage on EA#/VPP lead to VSS: 0 to +13.0 V; (4)voltage on any other lead to VSS: -0.5 to +6.5 V; (5)IO per I/O lead: 15 mA; (6)power dissipation: 1.5 W. | |
