809X-90 is a kind of microcontroller. It is designed to meet the needs of those applications whose operating requirements exceed commercial standards. The EXPRESS program includes the commercial standard temperature range with burn-in, and an extended temperature range with or without burn-in. With the commercial standard temperature range operational characteristics are guranteed over the temperature range of 0 to 70℃. With extended temperature range option, operational characteristics are guranteed over the temperature range of -40 to +85℃.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. The ambient temperature under bias is from -40 to +85℃. The storage temperature is from -40 to +150℃. The voltage from any pin to VSS or ANGND is from -0.3 to +7.0 V. The average output current from any pin is 10 mA. The power dissipation is 1.5 W.
The following is about the operating conditions. The TA (ambient temperature under bias) is from -40 to +85℃. The minimum VCC (digital supply voltage) is 4.5 V and the maximum is 5.5 V. The minimum VREF (analog supply voltage) is 4.5 V and the maximum is 5.5 V. The minimum fOSC (oscillator frequency) is 6.0 MHz and the maximum is 12 MHz.
